These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Remember mobile application and website ("Service") operated by Ihsan Studios FZ-LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Remember is a brain training application that provides personalized cognitive exercises using your personal data (photos, music, contacts) stored on your device. The Service includes brain age tracking, daily training sessions, an AI advisor, and progress analytics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Remember. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using Apple Sign In or through our web registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Remember offers a premium subscription at $79.99 per year.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are subject to Apple's terms and are managed through your Apple ID settings.
Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed by Stripe via RevenueCat and can be managed through our customer portal.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Data & Privacy

Your photos, music, and contacts are processed exclusively on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. For full details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Remember is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The brain age calculations, cognitive assessments, and health recommendations provided by the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have concerns about cognitive decline, memory loss, or any medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. The "brain age" metric is an estimate based on lifestyle factors and app usage, not a clinical measurement.

7. AI Advisor Disclaimer

The AI Brain Advisor feature provides general brain health information based on published research. It is not a substitute for medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Do not make health decisions based solely on information from the AI advisor.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials within Remember are owned by Ihsan Studios FZ-LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ihsan Studios FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the sign-out feature in the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
