Ihsan Studios FZ-LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the Remember mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and age through Apple Sign In or our web registration.
Health & Lifestyle Data: During onboarding, we collect self-reported information about your memory, exercise habits, and sleep quality to calculate your brain age. This data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your account.
Device Data: Our brain training exercises access your photos, music library, and contacts. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. We do not see, store, or transmit your personal content.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics such as session frequency, game scores, and feature engagement to improve the app.
By creating a Remember account, you agree that we may use your email address to send you marketing communications, including but not limited to: product updates, feature announcements, newsletters, promotional offers, educational content about brain health, and re-engagement messages. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting support@getremember.com. Unsubscribing from marketing will not affect transactional messages, such as receipts, account security alerts, or essential service notifications.
Your personal content (photos, music, contacts) is processed exclusively on your device using Apple's frameworks and is never transmitted to any server.
Your account data (name, email, age, brain age) is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Subscription data is managed by RevenueCat, Inc.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@getremember.com. You can also delete your local data by signing out within the app.
Remember is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
